Ben Schulman
Ben Schulman makes cities make sense. He was a founding team member of Small Change, one of the first SEC-regulated equity crowdfunding platforms for real estate. As Vice President of Memphis Medical District Collaborative, he provided strategic and capital leadership that catalyzed over $500M in equitable development.

He co-founded good form, created TEL (a multimedia editorial exploring Jewish histories in cityscapes), and the Contraphonic Sound Series. His work has been featured in ARCHITECT, Belt, CityLab, and Metropolis.

Ben is Director of Civic Strategies at a5 Branding & Digital and serves on the boards of Equiticity and the Progress & Poverty Institute.

Kasi Muñoz is a planning and landscape design professional, the principal consultant and founder of Studio Nectary, and serves as the City of El Paso's Comprehensive Plan Program Manager.

She co-founded good form and brings over 15 years of experience designing participatory planning processes and leading engagement strategies that make projects, policies, and planning efforts actionable and accessible.
good form was born as a result of the Next City Vanguard Fellowship Program.
