Ben Schulman makes cities make sense. For fifteen years he has worked where capital, communications, and culture converge — helping cities, institutions, and communities write the next chapter.
As Vice President of the Memphis Medical District Collaborative, he catalyzed over $500M in equitable development. As a founding team member of Small Change, he helped build the tools to democratize real estate investment at the neighborhood level. He later directed civic brand and economic development strategies at a5 Branding & Digital, and is currently Vice President, Advisory Services & Strategic Initiatives at Chicago TREND, where he works with a team rewriting the rules of community and real estate development.
He co-founded Good Form, created TEL — a multimedia editorial excavating Jewish histories embedded in cityscapes — and the Contraphonic Sound Series. His work has appeared in ARCHITECT, Belt, CityLab, and Metropolis.

Kasi Muñoz is a planning and landscape design professional, the principal consultant and founder of Studio Nectary, and serves as the City of El Paso's Comprehensive Plan Program Manager.
